Waialae Iki

Welcome to the Wai’alae Iki Ridge Community Association Website. We hope you will find a great deal of helpful information about our neighborhood.  Your comments are welcome, via our Contact page.

Our community of 624 homes is a mix of owner occupied and rental properties.  The predominance of homes are owner occupied.  The subdivision was originally known as Waialae Iki View Lots Units 1-4. It runs from Kalanianaole Highway up to, but not including, the gated community at the top of the ridge.  Waialae Iki Ridge Community Association  represents Waialae Iki Units 2-4, starting right after the first water tower on Laukahi St. (Click here if you need information on the community behind the gates – Wai’alae Iki 5)
